Returns & Refunds Policy

VUINOME strives to provide a satisfactory shopping experience for all customers. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

• Clearance or final sale items

• Customized products

• Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons once opened

3. How to Request a Return

Customers should contact info@vuinome.com with their order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide instructions for returning the product.

Unless the product was defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If customers receive a damaged or incorrect product, they should notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once the order has been processed for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
