Shipping Policy

VUINOME aims to ensure that orders are processed promptly and delivered safely to customers.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic deliveries (Vietnam): 3–7 business days

• International shipments: 7–15 business days depending on the destination country and courier service

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance procedures, or unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.

4. Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update in the courier’s system.

5. Customs and Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Responsibility

Customers should provide accurate shipping details when placing an order. VUINOME cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect addresses.
